Rubén Ernesto Guevara (born 1 September 1962 in Chalchuapa, El Salvador) is a former Salvadoran football player and manager.

Guevera played a few seasons for his hometown club Once Lobos in the 1980s.
Guevara retired early as a player to become a manager in 1987. In 1998 he won promotion to the Salvadoran Premier League when he guided Santa Clara to the second division title. In June 2003 he signed with Municipal Limeño in order to also help them win promotion.[1] He also worked with Omar Pastoriza at the El Salvador national football team in 1995.
